Purpose: Determine winners of the 2009 AE Scholarships.
Outcome: Committee agreed to divide the $3,000 allocation between the three applicants (Karen Dearman Bailey- SVAR, Laura Flournoy -ESAR and Debbie Werling –GPAAR) to be used for both the NAR AE Institute and the AE Regional Conference. The Committee agreed to allocate 50% ($500) to be used to attend the NAR AE Institute, and 50% ($500) to be used to attend the AE Regional Conference. Receipts are to be submitted to VAR staff liaison for reimbursement. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
