President John Powell is forming a work group to determine structure for VAR assisting locals in taking advantage of NAR’s Forclosure Prevention and Workforce Housing Grant Programs. I’ll post the WG authorization here when appointees have been notified. Should be this week sometime, I hope. John Broadway will be the staff liaison, so send any input or suggestions to him. Fine to copy me and John Powell if you wish.
